U13-U18 High Performance Camp
What:

High Performance Camp designed to model a national team training camp. 
When:

June 29 to July 3 (no camp on July 1st) 
Where:

@ Millennium Park and Ottawa TFC clubhouse
Who: Academy teams/players U13-U18
Cost:

$250 per player 
Daily Schedule:

Daily Itinerary

8:30-9:00 AM

Arrival - Social time, soccer tennis, pre-warm up exercises

9:00-9:30 AM

Activation, stretching, warm-up

10:00 – 11:00 AM

Training Session 1 - Principles of the game

11:00AM-12:00 PM

Break:  Lunch, social time 

12:00 – 1:30 PM

Classroom sessions:  Video, sports psych, university/pro presentations.

1:30-2:00 PM

Activiation, stretching and warm-up

2:00-3:15 PM

Training Session 2 - Individual development (habits) and games

3:15 - 4:00 PM

Recovery, injury prevention, stretching session with fitness trainers
