Morning Technical Training Spring Session

Morning Training in the news! - click here to read the story

Ottawa TFC's early morning sessions give the most dedicated and passionate players at the club a chance to train with some of our top Academy coaches (also the most passionate and dedicated ones).  This season is being run by UEFA A and CSA A trained coach Pavel Cancura, our long time Technical Director turned General Manager.  Players will not only work hard and improve as players, but will learn the responsibility and benefit of training your body in the morning.

The program is tailored towards individual development, and sessions will always include some small sided game play, physical literacy (strength, speed, agility, coordination) and technical work.

This is a program by people who love soccer, for players who love soccer. One of our personal favourites!  Space in each session is limited, so please register soon for this.

Parents please also remember that as OTFC members you get 20% off gym and pool memberships at all City of Ottawa facilities (including Francois Dupuis where we will be training).

A number of parents have taken advantage of this, getting their own work-out in while the kids train before showering up and hitting the ground running.  What an awesome example to set :)
