First steps... Who is Ottawa TFC?

Ottawa TFC is honored to introduce the beautiful game of soccer to your child. Recognized as a National level club by Canada Soccer, Ottawa TFC's ultimate goal for the U6-U8 grassroot program is to ensure that your child participates in a safe, fun and social environment while the fundamental skills.

What can I expect as new soccer parent?

Players at this age are starting their "careers" in soccer and need to develop their skills appropriately. The weekly 60-minute sessions consist of various skills exercises as well as small games on a rotational basis. Players are grouped by age and gender. The sessions themselves are run by our most talented senior youth players, who are beginning their coaching journey at the club. The coaches are trained and licensed through Canada Soccer, and guided/supervised by our academy staff coaches.
