Summer Recreational U9-U18
Last Edited: Apr 2020
Recreational League
This is the introductory level of soccer at Ottawa TFC. Players in the Recreational leagues can expect to play a soccer game each week as part of a balanced team, while training once a week.
Players are asked to register as either a "central player" (Gloucester - Pineview Park area) or an "east player" (Orleans - Millennium area), depending upon their preferred geographic location to play and train. While the club cannot promise that every player will play right in his or her back yard, we strive to put players on teams that train and play as close to home as possible, in some cases fielding entire divisions in both the east and central areas. With the delayed and shortened summer season, we may have to hold all our practices and games at the Millennium Park fields; as the city re-opens the fields, we will be able to better plan that aspect of the program. For some age divisions, we also have an exciting opportunity to play with the Dragons and Internationals clubs; if this can be arranged for your age group, there will be some travel to fields in Gloucester.
