OTTAWA TFCSOCCER CLUB
The U8–U13 Morning Training program is an optional add-on designed to give Academy-level players an extra session on the field for focused skill development. It has proven highly beneficial to our most talented players in the past, and are typically attended by the most committed and focused players in the club.
Highly recommended for Academy players who want to sharpen their game, the program builds the skills, confidence, and game intelligence needed to excel. Players are grouped by age and ability to create a positive yet challenging environment, ensuring every session pushes them toward their potential.

Our morning training sessions are led in small groups by our most qualified club coaches (who work in our High Performance Academy), which further emphasizes the technical development feel. Sessions typically start with a short introduction game, followed by concentrated technical and physical development drills, and typically ending back with a short game at the end.
Morning training sessions will take place in the new Orleans Dome, as opposed to school or community gyms as they have done in the past. This will provide committed players with even more turf time, a valuable resource during the winter months!
