U9-U12 Skills Centre

COMPETITIVE

To participate in the Competitive Skills Centre program, players must be registered in a competitive program.

What is the Skills Centre?

The U9-U12 Skills Centre program is an optional additional program that focuses very heavily on developing the technical skills and physical literacy (strength, agility and coordination) required to excel at the soccer. Sessions are held at the new Uplift Performance Centre, a space that is ideal for this type of technical and physical development. There is no game play in this program, and players should expect to work hard and focus on their skill development during these sessions. Players can expect to improve if they attend all sessions, and apply themselves during the training.
